What to Expect in a Legends Class.
Each class is coach-led, supportive, and tailored to your needs. Class starts with a gentle warm-up, moves on to strength and functional movement training which includes balance and stability work. Class ends with mobility and stretching.
Safety first.
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Our experienced coaches know how to modify every movement to adjust for injuries, joint concerns, and fitness level. We focus on proper technique, not speed or competition in a supportive environment. No pressure, no judgment.
